Create and use Private Lists for internal tracking, and Public Lists (created by system based on the type of your company) to showcase your team on your company profile. This keeps everything organized and highlights your team's contributions effectively.

Workflow for Web
Step 1: Click on the down caret (โ) alongside your workspace.
โStep 2: Select Lists

All your added Lists will be displayed ๐
Step 3: Click on the list to which you want to add profile.
Step 4: Click on the + Add Profile
button to add the profile.
Step 5: Search for a profile that you want to add.
Step 6: Click on the +
button to add the profile.
Step 7: Click on the Add Profiles
button to add the profile.
Step 8: Your Profile is added successfully.
Workflow for Mobile
Step 1: Tap on the Menu
(hamburger icon).
Step 2: Tap on the Lists

โStep 3: Tap on the list to which you want to add the profile.
Step 4: Tap on the Add profile
button to add the profile.
Step 5: Search for a profile that you want to add.
Step 6: Tap on the +
button to add the profile.
Step 7: Tap on the Continue
button to continue.
Step 8: The list you previously selected appears by default, but you can also add the same profile to other lists by tapping on additional lists at the top to select them.
Step 9: Tap on the Add
button.
Step 10: Your Profile is added successfully.
