You can create private lists under your profiles and companies to help organize and manage team members. Whether you're tracking profiles for specific roles or company teams, lists provide a simple way to categorize and view details.
There are two types of lists in Muso.AI: Private Lists, which are only visible to you, and Public Lists, which are visible on your company’s public profile.
Public List Determination
The company type
(Role) influences the "public" lists connected to your company, which are generated by the system and impact what is displayed on your company’s page. For example:
✅ Having Record Label
as the company type automatically creates a public list of Label Roster & Staff on your company page.
✅ Having Publisher
as the company type automatically creates a public list of Publishing Roster & Staff on your company page.
✅ Having Studio
as the company type will automatically create a public list of Staff on your company page.
✅ Having School
as the company type will automatically create a public list of Alumni & Staff on your company page.
✅ Having Management
as the company type will automatically create a public list of Management Roster & Staff on your company page.
✅ Having Agency
as the company type will automatically create a public list of Agency Roster & Staff.
✅ Having Brand
as the company type will automatically create a public list of Endorsees & Staff.

Step 1: Click on the down caret (⌄) alongside your workspace.
Step 2: Select Lists

Step 3: Click on the + Create List
to start creating a new list.
Step 4: Enter the name of your new list.
Step 5: Click on the Create
button to create a list.
Step 6: Your new list has been created successfully.
After creating the list, you can Add Profiles to List and start tracking their analytics, engagement metrics, and performance insights in one convenient place.
Workflow for Mobile
Step 1: Tap on the Menu
(hamburger icon).
Step 2: Tap on the Lists

Step 3: Enter a name for your list.
Step 4: Tap on the Create
button to create a list.
Step 5: Your new list has been created successfully.
