Ordering a custom poster

Posters are only available for active Pro and Pro+ subscribers at this time.

How to place an order

Before you can order a poster, you need to add a profile to your roster and activate analytics. We also recommend reviewing your credits to find and fix errors.

Once you're set up:

  1. Go to Analytics

  2. Tap the Poster icon below your stream count

  3. Under the New Order tab, scroll down and tap Choose Size

  4. Select Regular or XXL and then Continue

  5. Review your order details. You can also order additional posters at this time.

  6. Tap Purchase to confirm and submit your payment info.

Ordering posters for multiple profiles

  1. From the Analytics page, tap your profile pic in the upper right corner

  2. Choose the profile for which you want to order a new poster

  3. Once you're in the correct profile, follow steps 1-6 above.

• Regular – 12” x 16”

• XXL – 18” x 24”

Accepted payment

We take Apple Pay and credit card payment at this time.

Poster stats

Each poster displays the following lifetime totals, based on your catalog:

  • Streams

  • Shazams

  • Videos

  • Views

  • Charts

  • Playlists

  • Playlist Reach

Shipping

At this time, posters can be shipped worldwide. It typically takes two days to print, frame, package, and ship. Shipping times vary and can take anywhere from 7 to 14 days depending on your location. You will receive an update when your poster has shipped. You can also check order status in the app.

Check order status

To check the status of your order, go to Analytics and tap Posters. At the top of the page, select the Previous Orders tab to view order details.
