Profile permissions allow you to control and manage a profile's access to various lists within your workspace. You can easily choose which lists a profile can view or edit, and you can remove their access at any time if needed.
While managing profile permissions, you can also create new lists and add profile(s) to them, giving them instant access to the list.

Workflow for Web
Step 1: Click on the down caret (⌄) alongside your workspace.
Step 2: Select Profiles

All your added profiles will be displayed👇
Step 3: Click on the Horizontal Ellipsis (⋯) button next to the profile you want to access.
Step 4: Select Profile Permission
from the dropdown list.
You can navigate to the profile appearing on the right and add it to the additional list(s) or revoke its access to the current list(s) to which it is added👇
Step 5: Click on the +
button.
Step 6: Select the existing lists to which you would like to add the profile. You can also click on the + Create list
to create a new list.
Step 7: Click on the Save button
to save your changes.
Workflow for Mobile
Step 1: Tap on the Menu
(hamburger icon).
Step 2: Tap on My Settings

Step 3: Tap on the Profiles

All your added profiles will be displayed 👇
Step 4: Tap on the horizontal ellipsis (⋯)
next to the profile you want to access.
Step 5: Tap on the Edit Profile

You can view the lists to which the profile is added👇
Step 6: Tap on the +Add list
button.
Step 7: Tap on the existing lists to which you would like to add the profile. You can also tap on the + Create list
