If you notice that your credits are incorrect, Muso.AI offers two options for making corrections. You can either remove credits that are entirely wrong or update the specific roles on the correct track if the credit itself is accurate but incorrectly assigned (e.g., you were credited as an engineer when you worked on mixing). This ensures that your profile is always accurate and up-to-date.

Let’s get started 🚀

Workflow for Web

Step 1: Click on the Credits from the side navigation menu bar. This will display the profile that you have currently selected.

You can switch between other added profiles by clicking on the profile icon from the top-right corner of the interface and making the relevant selections appearing in the sidebar.

Step 2: Navigate to Summary and click on the Credits to access your credits.

All the credits associated to your profile will be displayed 👇

Step 3: Click on the horizontal ellipsis () next to the profile for which you want to access the credit management options.

Step 4: Select Remove Credit from the dropdown list and your credits will be disassociated from your profile.

Workflow for Mobile

You can switch between other added profiles by clicking on the profile icon from the top-right corner of the interface and making the relevant selections appearing in the sidebar.

Step 2: Navigate to Summary and tap on the Credits to access your credits.

Step 4: Deselect the unwanted credits associated to your profile.

Update Credits

To keep your Muso.AI profile accurate and up-to-date, you can request updates to specific roles on a track if the credit is correct but assigned to the wrong role (for instance, if you’re credited as an engineer when you actually worked on mixing). This adjustment helps ensure that your contributions are accurately represented on your profile. To make these updates, simply reach out to our customer support team, and they’ll assist you in correcting any inaccuracies.
