If you're a label, publisher, or studio, we probably have a company page for you, ready to be added into your workspace. While adding your company, please ensure to claim it to confirm ownership, allowing you to make edits and manage credits. Only claimed companies can update their profiles on the platform.

Workflow for Web

Method I. Add & Claim Company from Workspace Settings

Step 1: Click on the down caret (⌄) alongside your workspace.

Step 2: Select the Company from the workspace settings.

Step 3: Click on the Add Company button.

Step 4: Enter the name of the company you would like to add and hit the search button.

All the company profiles related to your search will be displayed 👇

Step 5: Select the most relevant company profile from this list.

Step 6: Click on the Add Company button.

You will be immediately welcomed with a modal window requesting you to provide the necessary details—such as your role within the company—to initiate your claim process on the company you have added. To verify your claim, we will confirm your employment at this company using your registered email address and associated role.

Step 7: Click on the Claim button after adding the details.

You’ll receive an email and an in-app notification confirming that your company claim request is pending approval. Once your claim is successfully verified by our team, the company will be added to your account and the status will show as "Claimed".


Method II. Add & Claim Company from Right Panel

Step 1: Click on the profile icon from the top-right corner of the interface and a panel will slide out from the right.

Step 2: Click on the + button against the "Add Company" label.

Step 3: Enter the name of the company you would like to add and hit the search button.

All the company profiles related to your search will be displayed 👇

Step 5: Select the most relevant company profile from this list.

Step 6: Click on the Add Company button.

You will be immediately welcomed with a modal window requesting you to provide the necessary details—such as your role within the company—to initiate your claim process on the company you have added. To verify your claim, we will confirm your employment at this company using your registered email address and associated role.

Step 7: Click on the Claim button after adding the details.

Workflow for Mobile

Method I. Add & Claim Company from Workspace Settings

Step 1: Tap on the Menu (hamburger icon).

Step 2: Select Company

Step 3: Tap on the + button against the "Add Company" label.

Step 4: Enter the name of the company you would like to add and tap the search button.

All the company profiles related to your search will be displayed 👇

Step 5: Tap on the most relevant company profile from this list.

Initiate your claim process on the selected company profile by providing the necessary details—such as your role within the company. To verify your claim, we will confirm your employment at this company using your registered email address and associated role.

Step 6: Tap on the Claim button after adding the details.

Step 1: Tap on the Credits.

Step 2: Tap on your profile from the top-right corner of the interface.

Step 3: Tap on the + button against the "Add Company" label.


Step 4: Enter the name of the company you would like to add and tap the search button.

All the company profiles related to your search will be displayed 👇

Step 5: Tap on the most relevant company profile from this list.

Duplicate Company Profiles

If you encounter duplicate company profiles while adding them to your workspace, don’t worry—just reach out to our support team. We’ll manage the merging process, ensuring all your credits and information are unified under one profile.


Company Not Findable

If you're trying to add your company, but can’t find it in the search results, simply create and claim your company to get started.
