Credit Validation

When you add credits for a specific track or album in Muso.AI, the system employs an automatic verification process for lower-credited projects. However, for high-profile tracks or albums, our team might request further documentation to validate your contribution. This could include:

  • Contracts: Signed agreements that confirm your credited role and involvement in the project.

  • Invoices: Proof of payment or documentation of services related to your contribution.

  • Project Files: Files that show your involvement, like session files or production notes.

  • Communication Records: Emails or messages that verify and acknowledge your participation.

  • Public Profiles or Press Mentions: Links to reputable sites or publications listing your credited work.

Turn Around Time

Credit validation in Muso.AI typically takes 24 to 48 hours after submitting your claim. During this time, your claim is reviewed, and if approved, you'll receive a confirmation email and an in-app notification, with the credits soon appearing on your profile.

Review Pending Claims

You can view your pending claims by navigating to the Credits section within the Muso.AI app. This section will show you the submission status of your claims.
