Once your profile is added, claiming it verifies your identity, allowing you to make edits and add credits. Only claimed profiles can fully participate and contribute to the Muso.AI platform.

To claim your profile on Muso.AI, you must first verify your social identity by connecting your social accounts, such as Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram to the platform.

After linking your socials through login, you can submit your claim request, and our team will review it. You will be notified of the approval status within 24 hours via email and in-app notification, regardless of the outcome.

Workflow for Web

Method I: Workspace Settings

Step 1: Click on the down caret (βŒ„) alongside your workspace.

Step 2: Select the Profiles from the workspace settings.

All your added profiles will be displayed πŸ‘‡

Step 3: Click on the horizontal ellipsis (β‹―) next to the profile for which you want to access the profile management options.

Step 4: Select Claim Profile from the dropdown list.

Step 5: Verify your social identity by connecting your social accounts.

While you don't need to add all your accounts, the more information you provide, the better we can verify your profile accurately.

Step 6: If you don't have any of the social accounts as requested to be linked- no need to worry. Alternatively, you can provide a link to your website or any other social media account for verification.

Step 7: Click on the Send Request button.

Your request will be scrutinised and you will be notified (within 24 hours) via email and in-app notification once the review process is complete, regardless of the outcome.

Method II: Credit

Step 1: Click on the Credits from the side navigation menu bar. This will display the view of the added profile that you have currently selected.

You can switch between other added profiles by clicking on the profile icon from the top-right corner of the interface and making the relevant selections appearing in the sidebar.

Step 2: Click on the Edit (pencil) button appearing in the profile header.

Step 3: Verify your social identity by connecting your social accounts.

While you don't need to add all your accounts, the more information you provide, the better we can verify your profile accurately.

Step 4: If you don't have any of the social accounts as requested to be linked- no need to worry. Alternatively, you can provide a link to your website or any other social media account for verification.

Step 5: Click on the Send Request button.

Your request will be scrutinised and you will be notified (within 24 hours) via email and in-app notification once the review process is complete, regardless of the outcome.

Method III: Search Bar

Step 1: Click on the Search from the side navigation menu bar.

Step 2: Enter the name of the profile you would like to search.

Profile related to your search will be displayed in the top results πŸ‘‡

Step 3: Click on the profile to view its details.

Step 4: Click on the horizontal ellipsis (β‹―) appearing in the profile header.

Step 5: Select Claim Profile from the dropdown list.

Step 6: Verify your social identity by connecting your social accounts.

Step 4: Tap on the Claim from the profile options appearing on the screen.

Step 5: Tap on the Claim again.

Step 6: Verify your social identity by connecting your social accounts.

Claim Rejection

If the user cannot prove that they have access to the requested social media profiles or cannot provide enough evidence to verify that they are the rightful owner of the profile, their claim request will be rejected.
